With an education-focused background spanning over a decade, Dr. Bettis has held key positions in various organizations, contributing to their success through strategic planning, leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Dr. Bettis was an educator for 15 years before transitioning to a new career connecting top talent with dynamic opportunities. He served as Director of Student Support Services, Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean of Students and Teacher, collaborating with stakeholders to establish a culture of academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning.
Tasaria holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University. He also has an M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership from Alabama State University, an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Auburn University – Montgomery and a BS in Elementary Education from Alabama State University. Tasaria loves to travel, read, hike, and visit amusement parks in his spare time.
