Serving the K12 and higher education markets in the Pacific Northwest, OETC believes in transforming education through the seamless integration of technology.
This team of dynamic and motivated Member Advisors will support the rapid growth of the OETC in the Northwest region of the United States as it continues to empower educational institutions by making educational technology purchases simple, reliable, and affordable.
A seasoned sales professional, Mizie brings the ability to deliver outstanding results in customer acquisition and territory expansion to her role as Member Advisor in Washington state. She has extensive experience in education market sales, including selling into Higher Education for Cengage and focusing on the K12 market for the Lifetouch Division of Shutterfly. Prior to her career in business development, Mizie taught English at King AbdulAziz University in Saudi Arabia. Mizie has a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
Dustin brings experience in business development, consultative account management, and complex sales to his new role as Member Advisor in Idaho. Most recently he was an Account Manager for Oracle selling NetSuite ERP solutions and prior to that he grew sales for Legacy Insurance and Financial Services as a Senior Agent. Prior to his career in sales, Dustin spent 6 years as an Assistant Head Baseball Coach at West Valley College in Saratoga, California. Dustin earned a Master of Science in Health, Kinesiology & Sports Studies from Texas A&M in Commerce, Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee.
Katie has extensive enterprise sales experience in Higher Education and E-learning as well as health policy, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. With expertise in building strategic partnerships, she has a proven track record for expanding accounts and territories throughout the Pacific Northwest, National and Global markets. Prior roles have included business development positions with Cayuse, OpenSesame, and Policy Reporter. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia. She will be driving the expansion of OETC memberships in Oregon.
