Lydia joins an accomplished leadership team focused on rapidly scaling the company. She will be responsible for steering the marketing strategy while optimizing collaboration and communication across BloomBoard’s talented, cross-functional teams.
Having worked for various large enterprises in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Lydia brings over 20 years of experience in marketing innovation. Lydia has been focused on education since 2015, when she re-architected the Business-to-Education marketing strategy for TIME for Kids, helping to bring current events and literacy materials to K-8 schools. Lydia recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Achieve3000, where she directed the multi-channel communication strategy, led product marketing, and developed a brand ambassador community.
Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Connecticut College and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
