As President, E.J. will play a pivotal role in shaping, leading, and scaling BW Walch’s economic engine, while maximizing growth opportunities to achieve their ambitious goals and long-term vision. His deep understanding of the education space and proven leadership expertise will be key to driving the next stage of the company’s growth.
E.J. brings over 15 years of successful leadership across the education and technology sectors to his new role. His ability to lead transformative initiatives and connect strategic vision with execution has defined his career. Most recently, as Chief Growth Officer at the Art of Education University, he led a team that achieved tenfold revenue growth, expanded partnerships, and developed programs impacting K–12 schools across the nation. Previously, E.J. held growth-oriented Vice President of Sales positions at Frontline Education, the School Improvement Network, and 3 Peak Solutions. E.J. has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
