In his role, Steven will be tasked with leading a high-performance in-market sales team to bring cutting-edge furniture solutions to US schools and educational institutions.
Steven is an energetic, strategic, leader who has over 25 years of experience training, developing, and managing high performing sales teams in diverse industries. He brings a strong understanding of the K-12 market, dealer network optimization, and the US furniture ecosystem. Steven is recognized for his ability to open new client opportunities, to motivate others to be their best, and elevate the achievements of his teams.
Most recently in leadership roles for Steelcase Inc, and previously for Eli Lilly, Steven has a proven track record of guiding his teams to high growth and market share expansion. A successful entrepreneur, he also founded two successful companies. Steven has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bradley University.
