Reporting directly to the National Vice President of Sales, these three dynamic leaders will create go-to-market strategies and develop top-caliber sales teams to achieve the sales and impact goals Reading Horizons has set for their ambitious multi-year growth plan.
A successful leader of sales teams in Education & Technology, Dustin has 20+ years of K-12 experience. Dustin consistently exceeds sales quota expectations as he did most recently as the Sales Director at Step By Step Learning. Previously he led sales teams at Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA), growing the annual business dramatically, and at Compass Learning, where he expanded the Northeast territory. Dustin has a demonstrated record in territory planning and team leadership.
With 25+ years of experience in the education space, Randy is a sales leader and business developer. As a founder, Chief Revenue Officer, and Vice President of Sales for Varsity News Network (VNN, Inc), he grew the company while building a team of 30+ sales professionals and a complete customer support system. Prior to VNN, Randy was Vice President of Sales at Entertainment Promotion, Inc, where he led a team of 300 sales representatives and 30 managers in North America and developed the educational brand “Summer Vacation.”
Kyle has 20+ years as a proven K-12 sales professional and leader. Most recently, as a Senior Director for Discovery Education, his deliberate focus on strategy and team empowerment resulted in growth in sales and organizational effectiveness. He has previously had sales leadership positions with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, The College Board, and Learning Sciences International. Kyle brings an expert perspective on the national K-12 landscape through his experience with successful collaborations in state adoption and open territory campaigns.
