The Renaissance Network is pleased to announce the placement of Paula Klim Finnerty as Senior Vice President of Advancement for their client, Catholic Charities of Boston – one of the largest nonprofit social service organizations in Massachusetts.
As a member of the leadership team in her role as Senior Vice President of Advancement, Paula will create and lead the critical fundraising and development programs that ensure and enrich the diversified services which Catholic Charities of Boston delivers.
Paula is a strategic, entrepreneurial executive with over 25 years of successful experience significantly increasing philanthropic results for organizations in the Greater Boston area. A skilled leader with expertise in marketing, public relations, and fundraising, she is highly regarded for her ability to deliver increased visibility and revenue streams for a wide range of nonprofits.
Most recently, Paula was the Chief Development Officer for Women’s Lunch Place in Boston, and previously, she was the Director of Development at the Boys and Girls Club of Marshfield. Paula earned a Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree in Political Science and Government from Boston College.
