As Manager of the Talent Acquisition team, Amy finds top talent for the industry-leading Education and Technology search firm, The Renaissance Network. She works with her team to incorporate new technology and processes to continuously improve the candidate experience and offer best-in-class service to clients.
Before joining the Renaissance Network, Amy worked in full-cycle agency recruiting at Kelly Services, filling both technical and non-technical positions. Before her career pivoted into recruiting, Amy spent eleven years working on a Student Affairs team in higher education at the University of Missouri. Utilizing the arts as a catalyst, she supported student development and achievement through leadership activities, career preparation, and campus-community involvement programs.
Amy achieved a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism (yes, like the TV show) from the University of Missouri. After work, she enjoys exploring Houston’s food & eclectic entertainment scene with her friends & family.
