As Director of Operations and Finance, Andy is responsible for financial management, vendor relations, internal HR process, recruiting process and automation, team metrics development, and general team IT support and training at The Renaissance Network (TRN).
Andy is an expert in new software implementations, database migration, legal hiring requirements, and other critical operations activities. As a member of the company Leadership Team, he leverages extensive experience with candidate sourcing, full candidate recruitment processes and new client business development from previous roles with TRN.
Andy served on the Board of Directors for Wayland-Weston Rowing Association for 10+ years, helping to manage and grow a public high school rowing team from early team development to a national calibre program. Andy also served as the team’s Varsity Boys’ coach for multiple years.
Andy graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology. While at Georgetown, Andy was a Men’s Heavyweight rowing team member and a frequent runner of ‘The Exorcist Steps’. Andy continues to row on the Charles River whenever time allows. He lives in Wayland, MA, with his wife and two kids, and they enjoy traveling around New England with their camper.
