As the Research Team Leader for The Renaissance Network (TRN), Gina provides a robust and steady stream of high-quality candidates for the TRN recruiting team. With her innovative research skills and passion for uncovering top talent, she collaborates with the recruiting and management teams to cultivate a rich pipeline of potential candidates in the Education and Technology industry vertical.
Gina has worked in recruiting for over 15 years, including 10+ years as a key team member at TRN. In addition to her expertise in candidate research, she discovers and delivers helpful insights to expand the searches for the variety of roles the team works on. Before recruiting, Gina worked in Client Services with the Lifeline Division of Partners Healthcare, and she has extensive previous experience in both the health and legal fields.
Gina attended Salem University in Massachusetts. An avid reader, she has been part of an active book club for many years. She enjoys spending time with her lifelong friends and travelling whenever possible. Gina and her husband have three grown sons and a beautiful granddaughter.
