As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Renaissance Network, Madellaine engages in the practice of a well-structured prescreening process, collaborative work with search managers, and delivering the best customer service to candidates and clients to result in the recruitment of accomplished talent that positively impact education.
Having led a diverse group of talented educators and staff as a Director of Education at several post-secondary career schools, Madellaine has extensive experience and skills in education. She also has guided teams in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining faculties to support the academic ventures of students within the Central Texas area. Madellaine has extensive experience building high-performing academic teams focusing on student retention and graduation through effective student advising and student success programs. Madellaine’s overarching goal is to consistently achieve a high standard of delivering quality education and excellent customer service.
Madellaine enjoys gardening, cooking, and crocheting. She also enjoys staying at home and camping with her husband, their dog, and two cats.
