Susan is a consultative and results-driven recruiting specialist whose passion is to hire top talent and possesses great collaboration and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with The Renaissance Network, she utilizes her experience in research/sourcing and full life cycle recruitment to find the best talent for clients and to provide outstanding experiences for candidates.
During Susan’s career, she has held management and recruiting positions across multiple industries within corporate and search firms. She has developed strategic initiatives for recruiting, aligned recruitment needs within business units, collaborated with hiring managers and senior leaders to reach recruitment goals, and conducted focused, targeted searches for executive and senior-level management candidates.
Susan has a BS in Business Administration from Merrimack College. She is active in her community and her church, organizing social events and cooking for the food pantry. Susan enjoys swimming and yoga. Most of all, she loves spending time with her family exploring local destinations such as Cape Cod and the Adirondacks or boating on the beautiful Boston Harbor.
