Featured EdTech Placement: Vice President of Education Sales for Wakelet

The Renaissance Network is pleased to announce the placement of Deb Meyer as Vice President of Education Sales for their client, Wakelet – a global platform used by educators and students to organize, collaborate, and showcase their online content. Deb will lead the development and growth of the Wakelet sales organization in the US K12 market, engaging with the rapidly expanding Wakelet education community.

Deb has progressed as an EdTech leader with the belief that there is power in the community, and the only way to transform education is by working together. In multiple roles she has provided educators with the innovative online learning curriculum and tools they need to impact today’s students. Most recently she served as the Senior Director of Sales and Strategic Growth at Florida Virtual School. Previously Deb held senior sales roles at Mastery Coding, Imagine Learning, and Great Minds.

Deb began her career in education with more than 10 years as a teacher and assessment coach. She holds a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from The University of Wisconsin.
