Featured Education Placements: Team Build at Nuventive

In 2025, Nuventive has partnered with The Renaissance Network (TRN) to help build out their commercial team.

TRN is excited to announce the Nuventive placements of: Vice President of Sales – Joe Street, Marketing Manager – Tabitha Talbot, and Senior Sales Executive – Michael Schwarz. These talented new team members will be instrumental in supporting the achievement of Nuventive’s strategic plan including creating education impact, driving new demand, and generating significant revenue growth.

Vice President of Sales: Joe Street is an accomplished institutional sales leader; he understands the complex needs of higher education institutions including identifying technology solutions to help them achieve their goals and supporting them as strategic partners. He brings over two decades of technology leadership experience, ranging from advancement and fundraising to ERP implementations in the cloud as well as security, connectivity, communications and regulatory compliance. Most recently, Joe led as Vice President of Institutional Sales at Doctums. He previously held critical revenue driving positions at the Education Networks of America (ENA) and Ellucian. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech and achieved an MBA from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.

Marketing Manager: Tabitha Talbot is a proven digital marketing and communications leader specializing in growth marketing and education marketing strategy.  Tabitha is an expert in data-driven storytelling, full-funnel strategy, and channel optimization. She has more than 10 years of experience spanning K-12, EdTech, Higher Education, and startups, leading multimillion-dollar campaigns that drive enrollment, amplify engagement, and scale impact. Most recently Tabitha led as Director of Digital Marketing for Capture Higher Ed. Previously she was the Marketing and Communication Director for the Braintree Group. Tabitha received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Journalism from Boise State University.

Senior Sales Executive: Michael Schwarz brings more than a decade of experience in SaaS and EdTech sales. He has an accomplished track record in helping institutions align their goals, resources, and outcomes through technology that makes data actionable. Most recently, Michael drove full-cycle sales for Award Spring as an Account Executive. He has deep commercial technology experience through additional customer focused sales roles at Payback and Construct Connect. Michael received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Illinois State University and achieved an MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
